Overview
The Skaginn Tub Tipper 2710 is electrically driven and computer controlled with adjustable feeding height and speed. The tub tipper can feed directly to a workstation and designed for gentle handling during tub release. The tipper's delivery point is fixed by lifting the turning point while the tipper releases the tub's contents.
Steady product flow
The Skaginn Tub Tipper 2710 is programmed for variable turning speed during release to ensure a steady flow of product. A sensor can be fitted to a conveyor that signals the tipper for more product after identifying gaps on the belt.
Fixed delivery point
Using a computer controlled combination of lifting and turning the tub's brim (from which the product is released) is at a fixed position, resulting in a smooth and gentle release of product.
Direct feeding to workstation
The tipper can feed directly to a workstation, eliminating the need for a buffer and thus saving valuable floorspace.
